The latest press release issued by the Office of the State of Jalisco governor has confirmed that there had been no cases of swine flu in Puerto Vallarta yet. Still however, the State takes measures to prevent the outbreak. Puerto Vallarta is to take steps to save residential areas, cities and towns around the state and other attractions.

The city began with the basic steps by closing all clubs Night bars and especially in the old city until May 4-6. Some bars located north of the Center are open and all those who have the license are allowed to remain open. A number of events and shows have been postponed or canceled.

Movie theaters were closed until further notice, Taco stalls and booths were also closed to avoid crowded places. Restaurants are allowed to stay open but they must close at midnight and are not allowed to serve more than 2 alcoholic drinks to customers. Only with a heart attack

You're home alone, and you suddenly feel a sharp pain in the chest. It is now beaming all the way your jaw area, and it goes outward to your left arm. It is almost certain that you are the victim of a severe heart attack.

You only have about 10 seconds left. Your heart is stopped and you will lose consciousness if you do something now!

Start coughing repeatedly and very vigorously. A deep breath should be taken before each cough. The cough must be deep and prolonged, as when producing sputum from deep inside the chest. And a cough must be repeated every 1-2 seconds, and hold until help arrives, or until the heart is felt to beat normally again. Cough, even in pain!

It is now time immediate decision! How can you get the fastest medical aid or CPR?

1. Call 911 while coughing.
2. Scream for help If someone who knows CPR is close enough to hear you.

You MUST seek immediate CPR or you may die.

Respirations have profound oxygen in the lungs and coughing movements squeeze the heart and keep blood circulating.

The Creator gave us the meaning of certain common fundamental laws to help protect the United States and others. We have free will and we get to CHOOSE. But choosing not religious laws which only serve the mission of religious institutions. Choose to obey these laws show your love for God and humanity. It works so much better that way!

Personally, I loved the last Punisher movie, and I Thomas Jane loved playing, I thought it was perfect! But I do not feel the same about the news.

I also liked Thomas Jane. I saw a "making of" on again, and I do not remember who the actor was, but I was not impressed. They said they were "re" rather than filming a sequel because they wanted it more gritty and true to the title. I see no The problem with second title (the first starred Dolph Lundren). I thought it was perfect. Everyone is on this remake kick from "Batman Begins "was released. I loved the first Batman with Michael Keaton, and agree that they went down gradually from there, then, "BB" was worth it, but not every franchise must be revamped, especially when the franchise consists of a single real film.

I'm just an average girl, living the life of a busy student in high school trying to survive junior year. However, I do not see the world and my relationships as mean anything. As a child I was always really happy and made the best advantage of every situation naturally. I found every excuse to smile that was the personality and reputation I have today. Today, this great happiness and joy of life is just not naturally there. I always try to make the most of every situation, but in fact I have to try at home. From my experience, as you get older, the world around you is really not as good for you and, naturally, the worst is expected people. Since derogatory remarks and things like this are expected when someone makes a random act of kindness for you, this can mean many things. I try to do small things every day that might help someone having a better day. I think if everyone could try to make at least a small random act of kindness each day he would make happier in their environment, making them happier and Kinder people. There are many acts of Random kindness can be done. One thing you can do is buy food for the people behind you if you're in a drive-through. However, acts of random kindness does not only give people material things or money. I think a great thing to do is leave pennies Heads in random places and maybe someone will find one and have a lucky day. Another thing I do to be any kind is to say "Hi" to people in the room, I do not know, and smile. Smiles are contagious really. You can also just give compliments to people. The thing that started me thinking about all this was the kindness of these pieces that I had someone at Heritage Square. They are little pieces plastic goodness say cute sayings on them. I got mine to tip the lady at the photo shop, and then I had to go to someone I seen to do something nice. I really thought it was clean and I ended up ordering more of these coins Oriental Trading and passed them out to the student council, including myself in my school. After that, I was noticed acts of kindness and try always thinking about acts of random kindness that I can pass on to others. The other day I was with my friends at Starbucks and I mentioned that the cupcakes looked good and they have accepted, but we did not buy. We just bought our drinks. Then, when we expected our drinks, the cashier asked us if we want a cupcake and told us they were free. We said sure, but likely were confused about it. Then the cashier told us they were not actually free the man before we hear tell us thing on them and redeemed us. We told him thank you and that was the best cake I have ever eaten because it was an act of random kindness given to me. Now, I continue to notice more and more acts of random kindness given and received and I encourage others to do likewise. I hope you will too. These small gestures can make someone's day. When I see the smile of someone I know I've helped to smile, I feel good and brightens my day.
